Work of an Actress
Being an actress can be an exciting but challenging career. An actress may spend many hours preparing for a role before the audience ever sees the final performance. She may need to memorize a large number of lines, practice scenes, and learn how to express the emotions of her character naturally. Sometimes she also needs to learn special skills for a role, such as dancing, singing, speaking with a particular accent, playing a sport, or using a musical instrument.
An actress can work in many different places. Some actresses work in movie studios, while others work on television programs, theater stages, short films, advertisements, or online productions. The type of work can change from one project to another. A theater actress performs live in front of an audience, while a movie actress usually performs scenes that are recorded and edited later.
