Beyond his personal life, Ghorbani was influential in Tehran’s cabaret culture, particularly in running and promoting nightclubs and live performances. He became associated with some of the most important stages of the time, where singers like Googoosh, Dariush, Ebi, and other stars performed.

He was also a lyricist and songwriter, credited with contributing to several Persian pop songs of the pre-revolutionary era. His work often centered on producing and organizing rather than performing, but his influence left a mark on entertainment industry.
