Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Split After 19 Years
Sunday and Faith were in attendance when the American Film Institute presented Kidman with its lifetime achievement award in 2024. In his speech, Urban described his wife as “raw” and “resilient,” according to a video shared by Variety. “She has the capacity to love like no one I’ve ever met,” Urban said before telling Kidman that “next year will be 20 years that I’ve been madly in love with you.”
In December 2024, Kidman also told PEOPLE that she loved date nights with Urban — especially when the plan was a surprise.
“I like being asked out, which he still does,” she said at the time. “Seven nights ago we went to dinner in New York. We love Japanese food, but I’m open. I like not knowing where he’s going to take me. Surprise me, baby!”
