His charismatic presence and engaging personality endeared him to fans both and internationally.
After retiring from professional football, Nikbakht transitioned into coaching. He has held assistant coaching roles at various clubs, including Sorkhpooshan Pakdasht, Gol Reyhan Alborz, and Chooka Talesh. In 2023, he managed Shadkam Mashhad and Shohadaye Razakan Karaj. His coaching journey reflects his commitment to developing football talent and contributing to the sport’s growth in the country.
