His Shahnameh reading sessions were in place from Nowruz to Nowruz, during which he read the Shahnameh from beginning to end, criticized and interpreted it, and compared it with other ancient texts such as Avesta and Pahlavi and Persian texts. As he knew the Pahlavi and Avestan languages well, he examined the etymology of Shahnameh words and their changes from Avestan to Pahlavi and Persian from a linguistic point of view.
