Influence of Rap Artist
Hamid Sefat developed an interest in rap music at a young age. According to biographical accounts, he began making rap music during his school years with his relative and collaborator Ali Rahro. International artists such as Eminem and 50 Cent were among the influences he has mentioned.
His early work was produced outside the mainstream music industry, which helped him develop a distinctive identity within Persian rap. One of his early recorded songs was “Khiabaniha” (The Street People). He initially used the name “Hamid Ebtakar” before becoming more widely known as Hamid Sefat. He later participated in group projects and continued developing his individual style.
