Tony and his wife Hasmik started Kabob Grill N Go in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. It came with a lot of challenges, such as rising inflation, and shortages of labor and products. Fortunately, thanks to features by local food journalists, they were able to navigate through the storm and start gaining traction within the local communities.
Tony believes in perfecting his cooking and mastering the art of grilling over mesquite. Everything at KGNG is crafted by Tony himself—nothing is frozen, everything is prepped fresh daily, and their unique flavors are all homemade. When it comes to customer service, Tony and Hasmik believe in treating everyone like family from the moment they walk in the door.
